League is Open to A-C License I-Rating 4500 Down

I will go ahead and open sign up as of now, We Will either be running Tuesday nights at 8:15 Or Wednesday Nights at 8:15, I am in talks with 2 BroadCasting Services on these Days

This is a No BS league we are all here for a competitive Racing Series we are not here for the BS that happens every day in official Series Races hosted by Iracing

Series Entry Fee will go to the points fund at the end of the year, 85 Percent of the Pool will go to Points Payout, other 15 Percent will Help Pay for Broadcasting, and a Race manager and League Iracing fees . if we go that Route, if not 100 percent will go to Points fund.

Weekly Entry Fee will be broke down into 50-40-10, 50 percent for weekly payout, 40 percent to Broadcasting and a Racemanager, 10 Percent to end of Season points fund, If we do not BroadCast the 40 Percent will be spilt between weekly Payout and Points fund

2nd Pays 30 Percent of Weekly Entry Fees

3rd Pays 10 Percent of Weekly Entry Fees

I will also Be working on some sponsors, to try to get some prizes for Hard Charger for each race.

For Example if there are 20 Entries That is 100 Dollars, 50 Will be Spilt for Weekly Pay out, 40 will go to Broadcasting, and 10 will go to points fund

Race Day Procedures

Drivers Meeting in Series Discord 25 Min before race time, Weekly Entry will need to be paid at this time, I will have a paypal set up for series only

* We'll have 20 minutes of practice the day of the event. "HOT LAPS"

* All Star Racing Series Racing Format

- Double Heats

- 1st Heat is 10 Laps Grid Set by I-racing

- 2nd Heat is 15 Laps Grid Set by Finish order of First Heats

- Feature Will be 75 Laps on Regular Shows 75laps

- Crown Jewel Events 100Lap

Top 8 Will be inverted for the Feature

* All cautions will be reviewed by the race director.

* No substitute drivers are allowed!

* Initial Start is on GREEN LIGHTS! (ONLY ON GREEN)

* Restarts are on the leader. The leader must WAIT till the pace truck is OFF the race track and maintain pace truck speed and must fire first in the RESTART ZONE that will be presented in the drivers meeting. Leader will NOT have lane choice.

* On the start and restarts, drivers are to maintain their lane and

not pass before start finish. This will be a judgment call by the race director, as far as a wreck on the restart.

* If we can not complete one lap after 3 restart then, We will switch to single file for the next restart.

* Five yellows or more will result in single file restarts for the

remainder of an event.

* Inside of 10 laps to go, ALL restarts will be single file!

* ALL black flags must be served! Passing before green or pit road.

* NO BLACK CLEARED after ONE TO GO!

IN RACE CHAT

* ALL IN RACE CHAT MUST BE DONE IN DISCORD, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT KEYUP IN RACE PLEASE, THIS WILL DISTRUPT THE BROADCAST

CAR SETUPS

* OPEN

PIT PROCEDURES

* Pit Exit will be CLOSED during green flag conditions.

- No cars permitted to leave pits at this point.

* If you get a BLACK FLAG for speeding on pit road, you will need to serve it!

4 WIDE SALUTE

* The ASRS will be honoring of Country and Service Men and Women ,Fans and Country at Each Race With a 4 Wide Salute.

We will continue Will Continue To do the 4 Wide Salute, As Long as we can do it in a Timely Manner, and not Delay the Show for the Broadcast

* Instruction for the 4 WIDE salute:

- 11th place starter, will proceed to the inside of row 1, cars on inside will follow

- 12th place starter, will proceed to the outside of row 1, cars on outside will follow

- One FULL lap in the salute GREEN, will be delayed.

CAUTION RULES

- Claimed cautions will result in the following:

*1st claimed yellow = EOL (MAN UP RULE)

*2nd claimed yellow = EOL (MAN UP RULE)

*3rd claimed yellow = PARKED

(MAN UP RULE) If you make contact with someone and cause a YELLOW, Simply say I Caused It , I messed up, . You will be Given A EOL Along with Other Cars Involved. I Do not need your life story, about he was Loose, he slid up, Claim the caution and lets get the race on.

START/RESTART RULES

- Jumping Start/Restarts - Leader MUST Go First Must Fire in RESTART ZONE that was announced in the Drivers Meeting (NO BREAK CHECKING)

* 1st offense warning!

* 2nd offense will result in an EOL

"If caught brake checking, the Race Director can throw a yellow and WILL give an EOL to the driver causing the issues. "

VERBAL BASHING

- Verbal bashing of other drivers, the league, or race outcome, will NOT be tolerated!

* First offense is a warning

* 2nd offense - DQ,

* If this is the third offense you will be asked to leave the ASRS

ROUGH DRIVING

*Rough driving, retaliation, and/or over aggressiveness on purpose driving:

* This type of behavior will NOT be tolerated.

* Drivers found to be in violation, will serve a 1 week suspension

SPOTTERS

NO spotters allowed other than Iracing, if you choose to have them on, if you're caught having a real person spot for you, you'll be DQ'd and given a week off

WRAPS

All Wraps must be uploaded to Trading paints so all other drivers can see them, If you do not have a Wrap, and Are looking for their are various Wrap Designers online Pm me and I will get you headed in the right Direction

Championship Tiebreaker:

In the event of a tie in the top of the standings. the following will be used to determine tiebreaker.

1. Most Wins

2. Most Starts

3. Most Top 3's
