league description
The drivers in this series have been hand-picked based on their skill and their ability to race clean around other drivers. These drivers have already proven themselves at some point in time over the last couple of seasons. To be accepted into this series, you must be able to race clean around other competitors, show respect, and show that you have what it takes to compete.
- Races to be held Wednesdays.
- 60 minute practice session from 11 am to 12 pm (U.S. EASTERN TIME).
- 5 minute (2 lap) single car qualifying session.
- 2 heat races (15 car max) made up of the remainder of the field. Heat races will determine the rest of the starting lineup.
- Main race starts immediately after the heat races.
- Race starts at 12:05 pm.
- Cup Cars (Chevrolet Camaro, Ford Mustang, Toyota Camry).
- Fixed setups.
- 45% Cup length races.
- 3 tire sets to use during the race. (Not including the set you start the race on).
- Bonus Points: Qualify on pole = 4, Qualify 2nd = 3, Win a heat race = 2, Lead the most laps = 1, Lead a lap = 1.
- No fast repairs.
- Cautions w/ lucky dog and wave arounds.
- Double file restarts, lapped cars start in back.
- 3 GWC attempts.
